New Order - Cowboy Coffee

Today was rather uneventful - new Cowboy Coffee orders coming in and going out.

Time to nail down the roast and the percentage lost with each batch. One of the most important things to understand when roasting coffee commercially.

Here's a quick snapshot of the unique, Colombian roast. Done as a pourover. Sure looks like coffee!
