Production Roast Day

Got a new order today for Cowboy Coffee and needed to roast today in order to pack for the weekend. It's important to allow a day or two for beans to properly outgas and prevent the customer from having coffee that is too fresh.

When coffee is brewed too fresh from a roast, it lacks the proper body and full flavor that the beans were intended to taste like. Anytime we have an opportunity to roast a couple days before packaging/shipping, we take it on.

Unfortunately we were unable to do a proper taste test on the competition beans from yesterday's post. Proper cupping to happen very soon as time is running out to perfect these beans!
