Never Too Busy for Pourovers

Hevel Coffee has been very busy lately with some rescheduling and shuffling around of farmers market plans. We appreciate everyone's support and placing orders online to fulfill their coffee needs!

Nonetheless, there is always time to carefully boil, weight, grind, and brew pourovers for the everyday fix. Our favorite is the standard V60 pourover with the hario filters. We might start experimenting with different, high flow filters as it has been the rage lately.

It's always important to slow down and watch that pourover slowly draw down as the water pushes through the coffee grounds and the brewed coffee goes through the filter. As each drop flows into the carafe and you pour that first cup for the first sip, its great to take the opportunity to reset.
