Nailing Down that Cafe De Olla

Stayed up late last couple nights working on our Cafe De Olla K-Cups. We have heard of some feedback from customers that they would like more of a cinnamon flavor in their coffee, so we are working towards achieving that. 

What I have pictured are three different levels of cinnamon added into the K-Cups to enhance that flavor. Not only is it a time-consuming process to nail these flavors down, but the stacking of the panela, coffee, and cinnamon takes special care. 

Nonetheless, it is encouraging to see so many customers enjoy the Cafe De Olla K-Cups. Next thing to do is to offer it as a ground coffee!
