Hevel Coffee Entered in Coffee Roasting Competition

Hevel Coffee has entered into a coffee roasting competition for the first time. This is very exciting for us, as we have yet to compete with other roasters and truly dive into what it takes to stand out among the many talented roasters. We are very nervous of course, but we are completely open and transparent to what will come about on this competition. 

Hacea Coffee Source is hosting an annual coffee roasting competition to include 100 entries around the globe. The reason that we work with Hacea is not just because they source excellent beans around the world, but they are also local to us in Orange County. This a great group of people that truly love coffee the way we do.

Roasting has commenced and we will continue to blog about it daily.
