Experimenting w/ New Beans

Today was relatively uneventful apart from getting our first subscription order on our site. This is very exciting as we roll out the subscription services and start to fill regular orders each month. We have yet to publicly announce the subscription service, but it will expand the opportunity to cater to each individual customer and understand what is selling most.

There is a nice Colombian bean that we are working on perfecting as part of a special blend, bit more high-end. As it ages (I roasted it about 2-3 weeks ago) it has been tasting better. I didn't expect this, but it's important to take notes and learn that each bean is different.
